How to Make Galangal Wine
- Crush the galangal root.
- Pour the wine into a pot and add the galangal root.
- Bring to a boil, then let it simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
- Strain the hot liquid through a sieve into a clean, dark glass bottle.
- Store in a cool place.
How to Use It
This wine is especially recommended for pain in the back, sides, or chest (including heart-related discomfort). In such cases, the wine can offer soothing relief – but always remember:
