Geranium Mix – Natural Support Against Colds, Flu, and Heart Pain
In modern times, we increasingly look to natural methods supported by centuries of tradition to support our bodies. One of the most valued traditional remedies in the medicine of St. Hildegard of Bingen is the geranium mixture. It is a unique composition of herbs and warming spices that has helped fight infections, strengthen immunity, and bring relief to many ailments for centuries.
What Does the Mixture Contain?
St. Hildegard's recipe is based on precisely selected proportions of three ingredients in powder form:
- 20 g of geranium powder (Geranii anglici pulv.)
- 10 g of bertram root powder (Radix Pyrethri pulv.)
- 10 g of nutmeg powder (Semen Myristicae pulv.)
This combination exhibits strong antiviral, antibacterial, and warming properties. It prevents mucus buildup, strengthens the immune system, and effectively counteracts dangerous post-flu complications.
