Share
Rheumatic or arthritic pain is a prevalent problem for many people, particularly the elderly. To alleviate pain, we frequently utilize numerous forms of medicines that are harmful to our health. Fortunately, Hildegard's medicine cabinet contains the right solution for this ailment: SELERIA, a spice blend including celery seeds. This medieval combination can significantly improve our health and well-being with no harmful side effects.
What is Seleria?
It is a mixture of spices consisting of: powdered celery seeds (60%), rue, nutmeg, saxifrage and cloves.
St. Hildegard's advice
"A man suffering from arthritis, (...) his limbs tremble and in some places become tense, should grind into powder celery, as well as one third of rue seeds and nutmeg, cloves and saxifrage. Eat this powder both on an empty stomach and after a meal, and arthritis will go away, as it is an excellent remedy against this disease. Moreover, if one who is not afflicted with arthritis consumes this powder frequently, he will avoid this ailment and suffer no harm from it.” - St. Hildegard, Physica
Who can benefit from it?
Every person, whether healthy or sick, can benefit from this mixture, but it is especially recommended for people with the following problems:
- Increased uric acid
- Rheumatic and arthritic pain
- Gout
- Parkinson's disease
Directions:
Take one teaspoon of spices with food every morning for breakfast. For better results eat together with Quince Spread (quince and celery seeds lower uric acid levels).
The treatment lasts 6 to 8 weeks.
