
Healthy Chestnut and Spelt Pudding Recipe

A wholesome breakfast or dessert, naturally sweetened with honey and full of flavor!
Ingredients:

1 cup water

1 tablespoon spelt semolina

1 tablespoon chestnut flour

1/3 teaspoon bertram (a healthy spice)

1 teaspoon honey

1 grated apple or pear

Fresh fruits or jam for decoration
Instructions:

In a pot, combine the spelt semolina, chestnut flour, grated apple (or pear), honey, and water.

Add the bertram and stir everything together until well-mixed.

Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes, until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency.

Remove from heat and transfer to bowls.

Top with fresh fruits or your favorite jam for extra flavor and decoration.
