Healthy Chestnut and Spelt Pudding Recipe

A wholesome breakfast or dessert, naturally sweetened with honey and full of flavor! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon spelt semolina

  • 1 tablespoon chestnut flour

  • 1/3 teaspoon bertram (a healthy spice)

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 grated apple or pear

  • Fresh fruits or jam for decoration

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, combine the spelt semolina, chestnut flour, grated apple (or pear), honey, and water.

  2. Add the bertram and stir everything together until well-mixed.

  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes, until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency.

  4. Remove from heat and transfer to bowls.

  5. Top with fresh fruits or your favorite jam for extra flavor and decoration.

  6. Serve warm or cold, and enjoy!
