Ingredients:
- 1 cup spelt flour - purchase here
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chestnut flour - purchase here
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- A pinch of galangal - purchase here
Instructions:
