- Incorrect billing or shipping information
- Missing details, such as apartment, building, floor, or unit numbers

Order Cancellation Policy
At Hildegard Spelt & Spices, LLC., we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is submitted, our warehouse immediately begins the fulfillment process, making it challenging to cancel orders before they are shipped.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at (847) 737-5153. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be successful.
If the order has already shipped, you may initiate a return once the package arrives. A refund will be issued after we receive the returned item, minus the cost of the return shipping label.
