Bertram (Latin: Anacyclus pyrethrum ) is recorded in the works of St. Hildegard as a precious spice that should be added to all meals. In addition to the values indicated by the Saint, this wonderful spice enriches flavors. It is distinct and quite sharp, which is why its quantities intended for consumption are measured in pinches. It can be combined in a dry state as an addition to bread, salads or used in various cooked dishes, beverages, preserves (jams, compotes).
Ingredients: milk sugar 54%, bertram powder 40%.
Application: 3 times a day 2-3 lozenges dissolve in the mouth.
Store in a cool and dry place.
