 Hildegard's spice

Cumin is an aromatic addition to dishes, as well as bread.

It improves digestion by acting antispasmodically, similarly to fennel, anise and coriander.

It can also be used much more widely, for example in bread, soups and cooked vegetables.

This spice is measured in pinches. An aromatic spice, which according to St. Hildegard is extremely useful as an addition to all kinds of dairy products, especially yellow cheeses.
