Blackcurrants have four times more vitamin C than oranges, twice as much potassium as bananas, and twice the antioxidant power of blueberries!

Dried blackcurrants are an excellent addition, both flavorful and aromatic, to black or green tea (a few berries per glass).

Pour boiling water over the berries and steep, covered, for about 10 minutes.

Dried fruits make a delicious snack, and mixed with cereal (...) they make a healthy and nutritious breakfast.
