Spice mix with ground ivy BIO-72,5 g
St. Hildegard says: "If a man suffers from any trouble of the lungs, whereby these troubles send all the pain into the throat, which causes hoarseness and bad influences the voice, (immediately at the beginning of them), let him take ground ivy (…) the warmth of ground ivy removes putrefaction from the lungs, the coolness of basil greases the lungs and helps them to grow; (…) the warmth of nutmeg and galangal mix with the coolness of mistletoe growing on a pear tree and are strengthened by the increased heat of wine and red-hot steel. If all these are mixed together (…) then it prevents the lungs from undue decomposition and undue fattening, allowing them to maintain their proper nature."
