Hildegard's Spelt Egg Pasta

Pasta made from spelt flour. Perfect for preparing basic dishes and as an addition to broth, soups, and all kinds of casseroles. Spelt pasta is Hildegard's perfect culinary suggestion for preparing basic dishes (e.g., various casseroles), salads, coleslaw, soups, and also pairing with aromatic fruits (apples, cherries, raspberries) and spices.  

Cooking instructions:

Add the pasta to a sufficient amount of boiling salted water. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the desired tenderness is reached. Drain well and serve as desired.
