Spelt Coffee (Roasted Spelt Berries) - 500 g (17.64 oz.)

Aromatic spelt coffee that tastes delicious.

"In Hildegard's diet, spelt coffee is recommended as the ideal all-day drink. Drinking it is a taste experience without side effects, because, like caffeinated coffee, it stimulates the nervous and digestive systems, but does so without acid and caffeine. Properly prepared spelt coffee is black and aromatic. Not only does it work like real coffee, but it also tastes delicious.
Hildegard recommends a spelt coffee treatment, prepared according to a special recipe, as an excellent method for strengthening the entire body.
Preparation:
Day 1:
Boil 1 tablespoon of spelt coffee grains in 250 ml of water for 5 minutes and drain. Store drained grains in the refrigerator. The coffee is still very weak. 
Days 2-6:
On subsequent days, add 1 tablespoon of fresh spelt grains to the grains from the previous day and boil for 3 minutes. From the second day on, the coffee is much darker; by the third, it has acquired the desired color. 
Application:
Drink coffee every day for breakfast. Repeat the 6-day treatment as needed, using fresh grains. There is no risk of addiction.
